At the same time, it is designed with a supportive frame all the way around to keep your feet safely in place - in spite of the fact that Solar Glide is a neutral running shoe.

The Adidas Solar Glide 4 ST Women’s Running Shoe is the perfect shoe for long-distance runners. It offers comfort and support over the miles with the help of the Solar Propulsion Rail that guides your foot while the responsive midsole ensures a smoother run. Dual-density Boost cushioning on the medial side ensures more energized stability. The outsole has been designed to be flexible and allow a more natural movement in your foot as well as giving great traction in all conditions. The mesh upper is extremely breathable and the Fitting tongue extends along and around the foot for added support. A heel split reduces irritation at the Achilles.
